以盐酸(HCl)和对甲苯磺酸(TSA)改性聚吡咯(PPy)/凹凸棒(ATP)(PPy/ATP)复合材料,用其作为吸附剂去除溶液中的染料污染物胭脂红.通过傅里叶变换红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜对复合材料进行了表征,并研究了混合酸的摩尔配合比对吸附效果的影响,同时对吸附动力学和吸附热力学进行了探讨.结果表明:当HCl和TSA摩尔配合比为2∶1时,吸附效果最佳,酸改性PPy/ATP复合材料对胭脂红吸附容量达到63.9mg/g.吸附动力学符合准二级动力学方程,吸附热力学数据表明复合材料对胭脂红的吸附是一个吸热的自发过程.“,”Polypyrrole/attapulgite(PPy/ATP)composites were modified by hydrochloric acid(HCl)and Ptoluene sulfonic acid (TSA)which used as adsorbent for the remove of dye pollutant-carmine. The samples were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-IR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The effect of the molar ratio of mixed acid was studied.Meanwhile,the adsorption kinetics and adsorption thermodynamics were also discussed. The results showed that the effect of adsorption was optimum.When the molar ratio of HCl and TSA was 2∶1,the adsorption capacity of modified PPy/ATP was 63.9mg/g.Adsorption kinetics fit pseudo-second-order kinetic equation.Moreover,the parameters of adsorption thermodynamics revealed that the adsorption process was endothermic and spontaneous for carmine.
