近年来,我国纸张的产能迅速增长,但价格波动却比较大。并且随着全球化经济的深入,造纸行业竞争也不断增加,这些外部环境都不利于我们造纸企业的成长。因而,我们需要转变过去的企业发展模式,有效控制生产成本,形成从生产、包装、质量、品牌、营销乃至服务的一系列的全面的竞争。所以,我们就需要深度导入全面预算管理,有效整合企业信息、资金,最终提升我们造纸企业的生产竞争力,增长经济效益。本文将简单介绍企业全面预算管理的特点,简析造纸企业实施全面预算管理的现状,最后深入了解如何完善造纸企业全面预算管理的实施。
In recent years, China’s paper production capacity increased rapidly, but the price volatility is relatively large.
