对于细胞膜—系统的边界、细胞膜控制物质进出细胞、细胞膜成分的鉴定等实验,人教版教材仅进行了抽象叙述。在教学实践中,可大胆创新,增设鸡蛋黄实验,将同一个鸡蛋黄运用3次,使微观实验实现直观展示,既能突破教学重难点,又能给学生留下深刻印象。教师传统教学方式重在讲授灌输,学生的学习比较被动;而通过鸡蛋黄实验,就能让学生在做中学,在体验中感悟,并收获成功的乐趣。
For the cell membrane - the boundaries of the system, the cell membrane control the material into and out of cells, cell membrane components of the experiment, the PEP textbook only an abstract narrative. In teaching practice, we can make bold innovations, add egg yolk experiment, and apply the same egg yolk three times to make the microscopic experiment achieve visual display, which not only can break through the teaching difficult but also impress the students. The teacher’s traditional teaching method focuses on inculcating the teaching and the students’ learning is relatively passive. Through the experiment of egg yolk, students can do middle school, sentiment in experience and gain the fun of success.
