针对普通单环路脉动热管加装储液器,采用可视化试验的研究方法,通过控制单环路脉动热管蒸发及冷凝段温度,进行了启动性能试验研究及传热性能计算.结果表明:普通单环路脉动热管在蒸发段缓慢受热的条件下无法启动,储液器的加装可有效提高其启动性能;稳定运行时改进型单环路脉动热管传热性能最佳;储液器结构仍需进一步优化,以满足负荷较高的应用场合.
Aiming at the installation of accumulator of ordinary single-loop pulsating heat pipe, the startup performance test and heat transfer performance calculation were carried out by controlling the single-loop pulsating heat pipe evaporation and condensation section temperature by the visual test method.The results showed that: The loop-pulsating heat pipe can not be started under the condition that the evaporating section is slowly heated, and the installation of the accumulator can effectively improve its starting performance. The improved single-loop pulsating heat pipe has the best heat transfer performance under steady operation. Further optimized to meet the high load applications.
