中共中央宣传部1986年8月9日至15日在哈尔滨市召开了全国省报总编辑座谈会。参加会议的有全国二十九个省、自治区、直辖市及七个计划单列城市的报纸总编辑。人民日报、文汇报、羊城晚报和南京日报的负责人应邀出席了会议。中宣部副部长滕藤传达了中央领导同志近期对新闻工作的要求,并就新闻改革等问题发表了意见。中宣部新闻局局长钟沛璋作了总结发言。这次会议比较充分地交流了全国省级党报在改革宣传,特别是新闻改革实践中的经验。通过交流,大家进一步解放了思想,打开了思路,增强了搞好全面改革宣传的信心,明确了新闻改革的方向。改革宣传和新闻改革双丰收 Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee August 9, 1986 to 15 in Harbin held a chief editor of the provincial newspaper forum. The meeting was attended by 29 newspaper chief editors of 29 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government as well as seven cities in separate cities. People’s Daily, Wen Wei Po, Yangcheng Evening News and Nanjing Daily were invited to attend the meeting. Teng Teng, vice minister of the Central Propaganda Department, conveyed the recent requirements of the central leading comrades for the work of the press and commented on the news reform and other issues. Zhong Pei Zhang, director of the Central Propaganda Department, made a concluding speech. This meeting more fully exchanged the experience of the provincial party newspapers and congresses in the reform and publicity, especially in the practice of press reform. Through exchanges, everyone further emancipated their minds, opened up new ideas and strengthened their confidence in carrying out comprehensive reform and publicity.
