以ＣＰＭ 微型手指康复器为实例，阐明了设计方法学在产品创新设计中的应用技术方法，按照得到的几种创新设计方案，详细分析了产品评价决策，并根据创新设计的仿生结构制作出了产品模型，验证了方案的可行性。
