在交通管理领域中,早期建成的交通管理指挥中心交通监控大部分采用传统模拟视频监控系统技术解决方案。然而,随着交通管理范围的扩大,传统模拟交通监控技术应用需要进行矩阵级联组网扩容解决,由于层级的增加,视频信号变换次数随之增加,必然导致图像清晰度的大幅下降。随着数字技术和网络技术的发展,新崛起的非压缩数字视频监控系统技术很好解决了由于层级增加而图像质量下降的问题。本论文将对非压缩数字视频监控系统从技术原理、应用模式、典型应用案例及与其他方案视频监控系统的核心参数对比和未来发展进行研究,为交通监控的系统建设和技术比选提供有益的参考。
In the field of traffic management, most of the traffic control command centers built early traffic monitoring using traditional analog video surveillance system technology solutions. However, with the expansion of traffic management, the application of traditional analog traffic monitoring technology needs to be solved by the matrix cascade network expansion. As the number of levels increases, the number of video signal changes increases, which inevitably leads to a sharp decrease in image sharpness. With the development of digital technology and network technology, the emerging technology of uncompressed digital video surveillance system solves the problem of image quality degradation due to the increase of hierarchy. This thesis will study the principle, application mode, typical application cases and comparison with the core parameters of video monitoring system and its future development of uncompressed digital video surveillance system, which will provide useful information for system construction and technology comparison of traffic monitoring reference.
