目的:比较鄂西北地区柴胡及地上部分总黄酮含量。方法:以芦丁为对照品,采用可见分光光度法在506 nm处测定吸光度,计算总黄酮含量。结果:不同产地、不同品种柴胡中总黄酮含量有一定差异,地上部分总黄酮含量明显高于地下部分。结论:研究柴胡地上部分可实现柴胡药用植物的综合利用,对开发新的中药药用资源具有积极和现实意义。
Objective: To compare the contents of total flavonoids in Bupleurum and aboveground in Northwest Hubei Province. Methods: Rutin was used as reference substance, the absorbance was measured by visible spectrophotometry at 506 nm, and the content of total flavonoids was calculated. Results: The content of total flavonoids in Bupleurum chinense from different habitats was different, and the content of total flavonoids in aerial parts was significantly higher than that in underground parts. Conclusion: The study of Bupleurum parts can achieve the comprehensive utilization of Bupleurum medicinal plants, which has positive and practical significance for the development of new medicinal resources of traditional Chinese medicine.
