双输出脉冲发生器既能满足在双摇杆的正反两个行程区域分别实现运动输出的功能要求,又可以弥补单输出脉冲发生器所带来的系统结构复杂、效率较低的缺陷。通过研究其传动机理,依据杆组逼近法、借助于 Working Model3D软件,确定了含有Ⅲ级组的双输出脉冲发生器中双摇杆的运动变化规律。同时,以运动约束原理为基础,讨论了平面连杆机构高阶综合的一般原理与方法,并建立了双输出脉冲发生器的高阶尺度综合方程。
The dual output pulse generator not only meets the functional requirements of motion output respectively in the forward and reverse two stroke regions of the dual joystick, but also compensates for the system structure complexity and low efficiency caused by the single output pulse generator. By studying its transmission mechanism, according to the method of rod group approximation, with the help of Working Model3D software, the change rule of double rocker in double output pulse generator with Ⅲ group was determined. At the same time, based on the principle of motion restraint, the general principle and method of high-order synthesis of planar linkage mechanism are discussed. The high-order scale integrated equation of dual output pulse generator is established.
