赛格广场是深圳市的标志性建筑,大量的高新技术竞相在此应用,多学科巧妙集成。它坐落于深圳市福田区,被誉为“钻石宝地”的深南中路与华强北路交汇处,是目前世界最高的钢管混凝土结构大厦,采用框架简体结构,占地面积9653 m2,总建筑面积1 69833.8m2,建筑物高度291. 6m,含塔尖总高度345.8m,大厦共有76层,其中地下室4层,主要为停车场和设备房,地上72 层,1—10层为裙楼,拥有亚洲最大规模的电子市场,其上62层为写字楼、酒店和观光层,72层天面设有直升机停机坪。本文仅对赛格广场建筑自动化系统(BAS)构成、主要设备控制方法作一概述,同时还有在物业管理使用中发现的一些BA系统常规施工忽略的却对物业管理十分重要的项目。
