在出版社,编辑处于内部业务链条的核心位置。编辑的基本素质、责任心、认知能力、业务能力的高低以及能否胜任相关工作,对于出版单位的社会效益和经济效益目标的实现是决定性的。以策划组稿、编辑加工、营销推广教材教辅为主要职责的编辑我们统称为“教材编辑”。当然,由于出版单位的类型、出版产品的种类、编辑岗位类别和专业方向各不相同,对于各类教材编辑的具体要求也就不同。文章对出版社教材编辑(尤其是策划组稿编辑或项目编辑)一些共性上的要求提出一些认识和体会。
At the press, editors are at the heart of the internal business chain. Editing the basic quality, responsibility, cognitive ability, business ability and ability to do the relevant work, for the publishing unit of social and economic benefits to achieve the goal is decisive. To plan the draft, editing and processing, marketing materials, teaching and learning as the main responsibility of editing we collectively referred to as “textbook editing ”. Of course, due to the type of publishing unit, the type of product being published, the type of editing job, and the direction of the specialty, the specific requirements for editing of each type of teaching material vary. The article put forward some understanding and experience on the common requirements of the editorial staff of the publishing houses (especially the editors or project editors).
