目的:探讨瘦素、脂联素在妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)中的意义及两者间的相关性。方法:本研究选取48例妊娠期高血压疾病患者作为实验组,按病情分为妊娠期高血压组20例,轻度子痫前期15例,重度子痫前期13例,应用放射免疫法测定患者外周血中的瘦素、脂联素水平,并以32例正常妊娠妇女为对照组进行分析。结果:HDCP组外周血瘦素浓度较对照组明显增加,差异有统计学意义,且妊娠期高血压疾病不同分类间差异亦具有显著性;血清瘦素水平与收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平呈正相关,而重度子痫前期组相关更显著;HDCP组外周血脂联素的水平明显低于正常妊娠组,血清脂联素水平与收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平呈负相关;HDCP组外周血瘦素水平与脂联素水平呈显著负相关性(r=-0.63、P<0.01)。结论:瘦素和脂联素可能参与了HDCP的发生、发展,对于HDCP患者及时检测外周血中瘦素和脂联素的含量,有助于及时了解病情发展,预测病情程度。
Objective: To investigate the significance of leptin and adiponectin in HDCP and their relationship. Methods: In this study, 48 cases of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy as experimental group, according to the disease is divided into hypertensive disorder of pregnancy in 20 cases, mild preeclampsia in 15 cases, severe preeclampsia in 13 cases, the application of radioimmunoassay in patients Peripheral blood leptin, adiponectin levels, and 32 cases of normal pregnant women as control group for analysis. Results: The level of leptin in HDCP group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). There was significant difference between HDCP group and HDCP group. The serum leptin level was significantly correlated with SBP and DBP DBP), but significant in severe preeclampsia group. The level of adiponectin in HDCP group was significantly lower than that in normal pregnancy group. Serum adiponectin level and SBP and DBP levels were significantly increased There was a significant negative correlation between serum leptin level and adiponectin level in HDCP group (r = -0.63, P <0.01). Conclusions: Leptin and adiponectin may be involved in the occurrence and development of HDCP. The detection of leptin and adiponectin in peripheral blood of patients with HDCP in time may help to understand the progression of the disease and predict the severity of HDCP.
