目的分析使用改良型UGO37370全自动热辐射刺激仪测量人体热痛阈值的影响因素，并计算其正常参考值。方法选择健康大学生496人（男188人，女308人）为受试者，使用改良型UGO37370全自动热辐射刺激仪，以中指远端指腹为测量点。测试前先测量受试者指腹的基线回避反应温度（BET），再行热痛测试并记录回避反应潜伏期（WLT）和回避反应时的皮肤温度（EWT），顺序测量左右手，然后分析影响热痛测量的因
