我厂专业化生产内燃机合金铸造活塞环、气门座、熔炼设备是无芯工频感应电炉。使用感应电炉熔炼合金铸铁,化学成分和炉温比较容易控制;熔炼工艺稳定;铸件机械性能好;还可利用廉价原材料和环境污染少等优点。但有时它也会发生感应电炉中特有的一些铸造性能缺陷,其中易发生的如白口倾向增大,D型和E型石墨组织的出现,以及铸件产生缩孔缺陷等。过去,我们在生产中这几方面的缺陷时有发生,可是未引起高度重视。一九八七年春,我们车间曾两度出现E型石墨数量超标,金相不合格。致使未完成厂部下达的生产指标,造成了一定的经济损失。
I plant specialized production of internal combustion engine alloy casting piston rings, valve seat, melting equipment is coreless frequency induction furnace. The use of induction furnace smelting alloy cast iron, chemical composition and furnace temperature is relatively easy to control; smelting process is stable; castings mechanical properties are good; but also the use of inexpensive raw materials and less environmental pollution advantages. But sometimes it also occurs some of the induction furnace unique casting defects, which prone to such as white tend to increase, D and E-type graphite organization, as well as casting shrinkage defects. In the past, we have had some shortcomings in production in these aspects, but we have not drawn much attention. In the spring of 1987, the number of E-type graphite in our workshop twice exceeded the standard and the metallographic unqualified. As a result, the production index issued by the factory was not completed, resulting in some economic loss.
