The acceleration of structural changes that push transnational corporations to play a major role in world affairs means that competition economics has undergone fundamental changes in many industrial sectors, and this change may be irreversible. The so-called “global competition” is the result of the response of companies to a balance of opportunities and threats in a certain period of time. Given that the regulatory restrictions and technical barriers to the internationalization of corporate activities have diminished and various opportunities have emerged, the threats are equally widespread, as not all companies are able to respond appropriately to the new standards set by the pioneers. At the turning point of fate, the actions taken by pioneers and followers are helpful.
