大鼠姊妹染色单体交换(SCE)分析是检测遗传毒性的重要指标之一,但以往的方法是从心脏或眼球静脉丛取血,不仅用血量大,而且还有易污染、不安全等缺点.为此,我们参照大鼠尾血染色体技术,改用昆血进行SCE分析,并应用于1,2-二氯乙烷染毒大鼠SCE测定,获得满意结果。该法取血方便,用血量少,仅用2~3滴,不用清洗血去除抑制因子,减少了污染机会,只由培养基稀释直接培养便能得到较多分裂相。现介绍如下:
