针对热释电红外焦平面阵列(IRFPA)的成像特点,基于虚拟仪器技术,利用Labview软件平台,采用PCI-6115采集卡构造了PC-DAQ热释电IRFPA图像采集系统。利用外部驱动电路产生的驱动信号作为采集系统的控制信号,控制采集的起止以及采集的时钟。采集同步信号作为判别信号,判断热释电IRFPA的亮、暗场以便差分处理。详细叙述了图像采集系统的构成,硬件、软件设计以及程序面板的操作。并对实验室研制的热释电ROIC输出信号及热释电IRFPA图像输出进行采集实验,得到了输出信号的波形显示及图像显示,验证了图像采集的可行性。
According to the imaging characteristics of pyroelectric infrared focal plane array (IRFPA), PC-DAQ pyroelectric IRFPA image acquisition system was constructed by using LabVIEW software platform and PCI-6115 acquisition card based on virtual instrument technology. The driving signal generated by the external driving circuit is used as the control signal of the collecting system to control the starting and ending of the collecting and the clock of the collecting. Acquisition of the synchronization signal as a discriminant signal to determine the pyroelectric IRFPA bright and dark fields in order to differential processing. Described in detail the composition of the image acquisition system, hardware, software design and program panel operation. The experiment of pyroelectric ROIC output signal and pyroelectric IRFPA image output in laboratory were collected, and the waveform display and image display of the output signal were obtained. The feasibility of image acquisition was verified.
