黄嘌呤在0.1mol/HCl溶液中,以NaI-NaCit为重原子,在滤纸基质上能产生强而稳定的室温燐光(RTP)。在适宜的条件下,黄嘌呤的线性范围为1×10~(-5)mol/L至5×10~(-4)mol/L,检出限为4.6ng。在实验室条件下,RTP信号可以稳定10min以上。
Xanthine produces strong and stable RTP at 0.1 mol / HCl with NaI-NaCit as a heavy atom on the filter paper substrate. Under suitable conditions, the linear range of xanthine was 1 × 10 -5 mol / L to 5 × 10 -4 mol / L with a detection limit of 4.6 ng. In laboratory conditions, RTP signal can be stable for more than 10min.
