随着我国教育事业越来越繁荣,社会对于人才的需求日益增长,对语文人才的要求随之也越来越高。各大学校的教师也相对地做出了更行之有效的教学措施,但就那些创新出的教学来说,缺乏一些考察性。因此,个性化的教学在这时候应运而生。随后,个性化的教学在语文教学中逐渐被认可、运用。本文就个性化教学的教学概念、个性化教学的现状,以及在运用中出现的不足之处,做出探讨及应对策略。
With the more prosperous education in our country and the increasing demand for talents in our society, the demand for Chinese talents will also be higher and higher. Teachers in major schools also relatively more effective teaching measures, but for those who innovate the teaching, the lack of some investigation. Therefore, personalized teaching came into being at this time. Subsequently, personalized teaching in the language teaching gradually accepted and applied. In this paper, the teaching concept of personalized teaching, the status quo of personalized teaching, as well as the shortcomings in the use of make a discussion and coping strategies.
