针对项目评价指标多属性的特点,论文基于一种折衷排序的多属性决策方法,构建了指标值为精确数、区间数、直觉模糊数的新混合VIKOR模型,并依据可靠性函数确定专家权重,直觉模糊数表示指标权重。结果表明,该模型可有效避免不同类型指标值向某一类型转化所造成的信息损失或扭曲,并能随企业目标变化动态确定指标权重,为企业多项目管理提供了一种新方式。
Aiming at the characteristics of multi-attribute of project evaluation index, a new hybrid VIKOR model with index value of exact number, interval number and intuitionistic fuzzy number is constructed based on a trade-off multi-attribute decision making method. The weight of expert is determined according to the reliability function, Intuitionistic fuzzy numbers represent index weights. The results show that this model can effectively avoid the loss or distortion of information caused by the conversion of different types of indicators to a certain type, and can dynamically determine the weight of indicators with the change of business objectives, providing a new way for multi-project management of enterprises.
