第四工程队(以下简称四队)从去年八月份开始,推行了干部“三定一顶”的劳动制度。到目前为止,全队31名干部(其中工人当干部使用的7人),已有23人实行了“三定一顶”,有9人在技术复杂的工种中实行跟班劳动。七个月来已劳动了1075个工日,平均每人每月劳动5.3天。其中行政队长和支部书记10.6天,技术队长4.7天,一般行政干部5.2天,一般技术干部5.8天。经过这一阶段的跟班劳动和拜师学艺,有三人能独立操作,有15人已学会一、二项简单操作技术,有13人能做助手。初步在干部中打下了参加劳动的基础。
Since the start of last August, the Fourth Engineering Team (hereinafter referred to as the “Four Teams”) has implemented the “three bets and one” labor system for cadres. So far, 23 of the 31 cadres (including 7 employed by workers as cadres), have already implemented “three in one” and nine have followed-up work in technically complex jobs. It has worked 1075 working days in seven months, with an average of 5.3 days per month. Among them, there are 10.6 days of executive captain and branch secretary, 4.7 days of technical captain, 5.2 days of general administrative cadres and 5.8 days of general technical cadres. After this period of follow-up labor and apprenticeship, three of them can operate independently.
