目的:了解酒泉市肃州区0~6岁儿童体内微量元素含量,探讨缺乏的预防措施。方法:采用原子吸收光谱仪,对儿保门诊健康体检的1 056例学龄前儿童做钙、锌、铜、铁、镁5种微量元素的检测。结果:除婴儿组锌元素、铁元素均值低于正常值外,其他各年龄组都处于正常值范围。微量元素缺乏检出率最高的是锌,其次是铁和钙,铜和镁缺乏率较低。结论:肃州区0~6岁儿童不同程度的存在锌、铁、钙、铜、镁微量元素的缺乏,建议加强婴幼儿喂养知识的宣传,在医生指导下进行辅食添加,并注意微量元素的补充,将微量元素检测纳入学龄前儿童保健常规检查项目。
Objective: To understand the content of trace elements in children aged 0 ~ 6 years in Suzhou District of Jiuquan City and to explore the lack of preventive measures. Methods: A total of 1 056 pre-school children in a health check-up clinic were enrolled in the study. Five trace elements (calcium, zinc, copper, iron and magnesium) were detected by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: In addition to the infants zinc group, the mean value of iron is lower than normal, the other age groups are in the normal range. The highest detection rate of trace element deficiency is zinc, followed by iron and calcium, copper and magnesium lack of low rates. CONCLUSIONS: There is a lack of trace elements of zinc, iron, calcium, copper and magnesium in 0 ~ 6 years old children in Suzhou District. It is suggested to strengthen the propaganda of infant and young child feeding knowledge, supplement with food supplement under the guidance of doctor and pay attention to the trace elements Supplementing the detection of trace elements into routine preschool children’s health checkups.
