细胞在长期进化过程中发展出一套保证细胞周期中DNA复制和染色体分配质量的检查机制,通常被称为细胞周期检查点。CHFR(checkpoint with FHA and ring finger)基因是最近新发现的一种有丝分裂前期检查点,在正常组织中广泛表达。许多研究表明CHFR在细胞分裂过程中发挥着重要作用,当细胞分裂存在有丝分裂应激时,CHFR通路激活引起Plk1的泛素化并降解,控制Cdc2激酶的活性,阻止细胞于有丝分裂前期,它的表达增强细胞对应激的生存能力。本文对有关CHFR基因结构、定位及其对细胞周期调控功能的研究进展作一综述。
In the course of long-term evolution, cells develop a set of mechanisms for checking the quality of DNA replication and chromosomal distribution in the cell cycle, often referred to as the cell cycle checkpoint. The CHFR (checkpoint with FHA and ring finger) gene is a newly discovered pre-mitotic checkpoint that is widely expressed in normal tissues. Many studies have shown that CHFR plays an important role in cell division. When mitosis exists in cell division, activation of CHFR pathway leads to the ubiquitination and degradation of Plk1, controls the activity of Cdc2 kinase and prevents its expression in pre-mitosis Enhance cell viability of stress. This review summarizes the recent advances in the research of CHFR gene structure, localization and function of cell cycle regulation.
