教育史的视角梳理百年以来我国小学技能目标设置问题,研究发现小学技能目标尚无公认的逻辑严密和令人信服的理论体系。自民国时期开始提出技能目标,中华人民共和国成立后明确提出基本技能目标,这是技能目标演进过程中的两次重大飞跃,但因其内容与培养途径不甚清楚、评价方式缺乏从而影响了实践中技能目标的实现。未来小学技能目标的制订需要依据心理学的理论进行构建,小学生技能培养需要一个内容具体、培养途径科学、评价明确的目标体系。
From the perspective of education history To comb the problem of setting primary school’s technical goals in our country for a hundred years, it is found that there is no universally accepted and rigorous theoretical system of primary school’s technical goals. Since the Republic of China began to put forward the skill target, the People’s Republic of China set forth the basic skill goal after the founding of the People’s Republic of China, which is two major leaps in the evolution of the skill goal. However, due to its unclear content and cultivation methods, the lack of evaluation methods has affected practice The realization of the skill goal. The formulation of future primary school skill goals needs to be based on the theory of psychology. Primary school students’ skills development needs a specific content, and a scientific and clear evaluation of the target system should be cultivated.
