利用SSR分子标记从分子水平上对优良杂交种浚单20的杂种优势模式进行分析。55对SSR引物在15份供试自交系中共检测出295个等位基因变异,平均每对引物检测出5.36个等位基因,平均多态性信息含量为0.628。遗传距离分析结果表明,母本浚9058与改良Reid自交系掖478、P群自交系X178之间的遗传距离最近;父本浚92-8与塘四平头群自交系昌7-2之间的遗传距离最近。UPGMA聚类分析结果表明,浚9058与改良Reid自交系掖478、郑58划为一群,浚92-8与塘四平头群自交系昌7-2划为一群。浚单20的杂优模式为改良Reid群×塘四平头群(黄改群)。
The SSR molecular marker was used to analyze the heterosis pattern of elite hybrid Xundan 20 at the molecular level. A total of 55 pairs of SSR primers detected 295 alleles in 15 inbred lines, with an average of 5.36 alleles per primer pair. The average polymorphism information content was 0.628. The results of genetic distance analysis showed that the genetic distance between the parent Chun 9058 and the improved Reid inbred line Ye 478 and the P group inbred line X178 was the closest. The genetic distance between the parent Chun 92-8 and the Tongsiping head group inbred line Chang 7-2 The genetic distance between the recent. UPGMA cluster analysis showed that Jun 9058 and improved Reid inbred lines 478 and Zheng 58 were grouped as a group, and Jun 92-8 and Tongsiping head inbred line Chang 7-2 were zoned as a group. Xun Dan 20 gifted pattern for the improved Reid group × Tong Siping head group (yellow to group).
