1996年8月河北部分地区受到几十年不遇的洪水袭击，特别是井陉、平山一带更为严重，并经县城水位高达两米多深．井隆县医院和中医院大部分医疗仪器浸泡在泥水之中。我们医院抗洪抢险小分队赶赴灾区，维修人员对灾区的医疗仪器进行了抢修，现将水灾后部分医疗仪器电子部件的修复
In August 1996, some parts of Hebei Province were hit by floods that had not been encountered for decades. In particular, the wells and the Pingshan area were even more severe. The water level in the county was as high as two meters. Most of the medical equipment in the Jinglong County Hospital and Chinese Medicine Hospital are soaked in muddy water. Our hospital flood rescue squad rushed to the disaster area, maintenance personnel repaired the medical equipment in the disaster area, and now repaired the electronic components of some medical devices after flooding.
