由于血卟啉衍生物比较特异地潴留在肿瘤组织中,在光的照射下可以杀伤瘤细胞,所以可用来治疗肿瘤。近年来发展起来的光辐射疗法(PRT)已经用于泌尿生殖系统、呼吸系统以及皮肤等许多恶性肿瘤的治疗,取得比较好的效果。为了进一步提高光辐射治疗的效果,寻找对瘤组织选择作用强的光敏剂是一重要课题。本文报告Walker-256肿瘤细胞对“激光3号”和Photofrin Ⅱ的摄取比较,同时也观察了在激光作用下“激光3号”和Photofrin Ⅱ对L615、L1210瘤细胞的杀伤作用。
Since the hematoporphyrin derivative specifically retains in the tumor tissue and can kill the tumor cells under the irradiation of light, it can be used to treat tumors. Photo-radiation therapy (PRT) developed in recent years has been used for the treatment of many malignant tumors such as the genitourinary system, respiratory system, and skin, and has achieved relatively good results. In order to further improve the efficacy of photoradiation therapy, it is an important issue to search for a photosensitizer with a strong selective effect on tumor tissue. This article reports on the uptake of “Laser 3” and Photofrin II by Walker-256 tumor cells. We also observed the killing effect of “Laser 3” and Photofrin II on L615 and L1210 tumor cells under laser irradiation.
