乳腺癌特异性基因1(BCSG1)与突触核蛋白家族有很高的同源性,被视为该家族的第3个成员,因此该基因又被称为γ突触核蛋白(SNCG)。近年来研究发现BCSG1与乳腺癌和卵巢癌密切相关,在多数进展期乳腺癌和卵巢癌中特异性高表达,因此在乳腺癌的预后判断及抗肿瘤药物筛选中有重要作用。该文综述了该基因的结构、表达特性、信号转导及影响表达的相关作用因子,并对该基因在神经系统疾病及在乳腺癌和卵巢癌中的表达作了简要的概述,另外还对该基因的应用前景作了展望。
Breast cancer-specific gene 1 (BCSG1) has a high homology to the synuclein family and is considered the third member of this family, so this gene is also known as gamma synuclein (SNCG). In recent years, it has been found that BCSG1 is closely related to breast and ovarian cancer and highly expressed in most advanced breast and ovarian cancers. Therefore, BCSG1 plays an important role in the prognosis of breast cancer and the screening of antitumor drugs. This review summarizes the structure, expression characteristics, signal transduction and related factors affecting the expression of the gene, and gives a brief overview of the gene expression in nervous system diseases and in breast and ovarian cancer. The prospect of this gene is prospected.
