复杂工业系统运行控制由两个层次完成,即回路控制层和运行控制层。前者完成沿生产线方向各生产单元的回路控制,而后者完成各回路控制的设定值优化,通过使被控变量跟踪其设定值来优化生产性能指标(如产品质量和能耗)。给出一种新的分析运行优化控制品质的方法,该方法在回路跟踪误差较小时可以定量描述回路跟踪误差对优化品质的影响,并证明了优化指标的恶化和回路跟踪误差的平方成正比的现象,进而获得了关于回路控制对运行优化品质影响的《平方影响度》原理。此外,也证明了生产结构对优化指标的影响。根据这一原理,提出了运行优化控制品质分析的平滑鲁棒性定义和如何定量修正回路设定值的方法,以改善实际优化效果。
Complex industrial system operation control is completed by two levels, namely loop control layer and operation control layer. The former completes the loop control of each production unit along the production line. The latter completes the set value optimization of each loop control and optimizes the production performance indexes (such as product quality and energy consumption) by making the controlled variables track their set values. A new method to analyze and optimize the control quality is presented. The method can quantitatively describe the influence of the loop tracking error on the optimization quality when the loop tracking error is small, and proves that the deterioration of the optimization index is proportional to the square of the loop tracking error Phenomenon, and then get on the loop control to optimize the quality of the impact of the “square influence” principle. In addition, it also proves the influence of production structure on the optimization index. According to this principle, the definition of smooth robustness of quality control of operation optimization control and how to quantitatively correct the set value of the loop are proposed to improve the actual optimization results.
