目的改进保健食品中红景天苷的高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定方法。方法用不同溶剂稀释对照品及提取样品,以HPLC法测定红景天苷含量,选择最佳溶剂,优化色谱条件,并作方法学论证。结果以50%甲醇作为对照品的稀释溶液和样品的提取溶剂,红景天苷在1.305~130.5μg/ml的线性范围内线性良好,回归方程y=7.377395×10~(-5)x+0.1873961(r=0.999 9),最低检出浓度为0.015 mg/g;平均回收率为92.1%~98.4%,RSD为1.98%~3.26%。结论本方法操作简便、定量准确可靠。 Objective To improve the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of salidroside in health food. Methods The reference substance was diluted with different solvents and the samples were extracted. The content of salidroside was determined by HPLC, the best solvent was selected, the chromatographic conditions were optimized, and the method was proved. Results Salidroside was linear in the linear range of 1.305 ~ 130.5μg / ml with a dilute solution of 50% methanol as reference substance and a sample extraction solvent. The regression equation was y = 7.377395 × 10 ~ (-5) x + 0.1873961 (r = 0.999 9). The lowest detection limit was 0.015 mg / g. The average recoveries ranged from 92.1% to 98.4% with RSDs ranging from 1.98% to 3.26%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable.
