工匠精神自古就是“中国气质”。中国思想家朱熹对《论语?学而》中的“如琢如磨”做了注解。他说“冶玉石者,既琢之而复磨之;冶之已精,而益求真精也”。“工匠精神”体现班主任注重增强学生实践能力,践行知行合一。要以工匠之道善待每位学生的生活、学习、技能培训、心理素质。坚持一念执着,一生坚守,并把精益求精的“工匠精神”渗透到个教育过程中,为社会培养出新一代创新进取、品学兼优、坚毅品质,拥有“工匠精神”的幸福人。
Craftsmanship has always been “China temperament ”. Chinese thinker Zhu Xi made an annotation on “such as Zhuo Rubing” in The Analects of Confucius. He said “jade jade, both cut and complex grinding; smelting has been fine, and the pursuit of fine essence ”. “Craftsmanship ” reflects the class teacher focus on enhancing students’ practical ability, practice the unity of knowledge and practice. We should treat each student’s life, study, skills training and psychological quality with artisan’s approach. Insist on a concept of perseverance, persevere throughout his life, and the excellence of “craftsmanship ” infiltrated into the process of education, for the community to cultivate a new generation of innovative enterprising, good character and perseverance, perseverance quality, “craftsmanship ” happiness people.
