目的:通过对具有较高教育水平家长的儿童接种疫苗后不良反应的正确判断及干预而减少不良反应事件发生的概率分析,判断高文化素质水平在应对行为反应中的重要作用。方法:通过抽取本社区卫生服务中心辖区内常住6岁接种儿童400名,按家长文化水平的差异分为2个大组4个小组,各抽取100名儿童进行调查比较。结果:调查结果表明,有较高教育水平家长的儿童在6年的预防接种史里较少发生疫苗接种不良反应事件,即使发生不良反应也能得到及时的干预和处理,避免恶性不良反应事件的发生。结论:高文化知识水平的家长可以较好的理解预防接种知识,对接种人员的健康教育信息有较好的掌握和理解,并对自身行为进行反馈,降低了儿童预防接种的各项不良反应事件的发生。
OBJECTIVE: To reduce the probability of adverse events by correctly judging the adverse reactions of vaccinated children of parents with higher education level and intervene to determine the important role of high cultural level in coping with behavioral responses. Methods: According to the difference of parents’ cultural level, we divided 400 children of 6-year-old who live in the jurisdiction of this community health service center into 2 groups and 4 groups and took 100 children each for investigation and comparison. Results: The survey results showed that children with parents with higher education level had fewer incidences of adverse reactions of vaccination in the six-year vaccination history and timely interventions and treatments even in the event of adverse reactions to avoid adverse events of malignant reactions occur. Conclusion: Parents with a high level of cultural knowledge can better understand vaccination knowledge, have a better understanding and understanding of vaccination personnel ’s health education information, and provide feedback on their behaviors, reducing the adverse reactions of vaccination in children happened.
