目的研究干姜黄连配伍对实验小鼠幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacterpylori,Hpylori)的抗率。方法 BALB/C小鼠120只H pylori感染后分组饲养,喂服干姜黄连配伍不同剂量、比例、剂型一个月后处死小鼠,检测不同组别Hpylori的阳性结果。结果对照组(10),干姜1组(10),干姜2组(8),干姜3组(6),黄连1组(6),黄连2组(5)P<0.05,黄连3组(8),1:1组(4)P<0.05,1:2组(9),2:1组(7)。结论表明黄连2组、1:1组水煎剂、黄连中剂量对Hpylori SS1株有明显的抑制作用。
Objective To study the resistance of Helicobacter pylori (Hpylori) to the experimental mice. Methods One hundred and twenty H pylori strains of BALB / C mice were inoculated and fed with different doses and proportions of dry turmeric, and the mice were sacrificed one month after the dosage form and the positive results of Hpylori in different groups were tested.
