武术运动中呼吸方法有着重要的作用,武术练习者将动作与呼吸相互配合练习,不仅能减少运动中能量的消耗使动作流畅自如,而且可以通过刺激循环系统及其他脏器而达到强身健体的作用。武术运动的项目繁多,不同的套路根据其动作特点都有不同的呼吸方法。文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、系统分析与归纳等研究方法对长拳运动进行分析研究,找出其所属的呼吸方法及其在套路运动中的运用,并与其他拳种的呼吸方法进行区别。
Wushu exercise breathing method has an important role, martial arts practitioners will exercise and breathing with each other to practice, not only can reduce the consumption of energy in the exercise so smooth movements, and can stimulate the circulatory system and other organs to achieve physical fitness effect. Wushu sport a variety of projects, different routines according to the characteristics of their movements have different breathing methods. The article uses literature research, expert interviews, systematic analysis and inductive research methods to analyze and study the Changquan exercise to find out its respiration method and its use in routine exercise, and with other boxing breathing method the difference.
