案例简介:2000年3月,某县市场管理中心(事业单位)用16万元的价格购买安装了一台锅炉,用于给经营户供暖。供暖一个月后因经营户不交取暖费,而停止了锅炉供暖。2002年8月,该市场管理中心召开全体职工会议,研究同意将锅炉卖掉,并让大家帮助联系买方,会议未确定锅炉出售价格或联系销路的奖励数额。同年12月初,该中心副主任谢某得知某私营企业准备购买锅炉,便与本中心主任李某商议,谢某以“锅炉不用,越放越不值钱”为由,提出将锅炉以5万元价格出
Case Introduction: In March 2000, a county market management center (institution) purchased and installed a boiler at a price of 160,000 yuan to heat the operating households. Heating a month after the business households do not pay the heating fee, and stopped the boiler heating. In August 2002, the Market Management Center convened a meeting of all staff to study and agree to sell the boiler and let everyone help contact the buyer, the meeting did not determine the sale price of the boiler or the amount of incentives to contact sales. At the beginning of December of the same year, Xiemou, the deputy director of the center, learned that a private enterprise was going to buy a boiler and negotiated with director Li of the center. Xiemou proposed that boiler should be replaced by " 50,000 yuan price out
