本文分析了河南省公共租赁住房建设的现状及存在的问题,从满足融资需求、实现融资主体多元化和融资渠道多样化三个方面出发,构建了河南省公共租赁住房融资模式的框架体系,研究了该体系下融资模式所面临的外部环境和内部运行系统。
