[目的]建立青海省大骨节病地理信息系统数据并探讨该系统在大骨节病中的应用范围。[方法]运用北京超图公司Supermap Objects 2008开发的青海省地方病地理信息系统,建立青海省大骨节病地理信息系统。[结果]在青海省地方病地理信息系统的运行下,建立了2000~2009年青海省儿童临床及X线检查、成人临床检查、预防性补硒盐含量检测以及预防性补硒发样硒含量检测4个方面带有关联性质的资料,并将结果导入数据库服务器,进行大骨节病数据空间查询、大骨节病监测及流行病学调查和分析。[结论]地理信息系统在大骨节病的防治研究中具有良好的应用前景。
[Objective] To establish the data of Kashin-Beck disease geographic information system in Qinghai Province and explore its application in Kashin-Beck disease. [Method] With the endemic disease geographical information system of Qinghai Province developed by Supermap Objects 2008 of Beijing SuperMap Objects, a geographic information system of Kaschin-Beck disease in Qinghai Province was established. [Result] Under the operation of endemic disease geographical information system in Qinghai Province, the clinical and X-ray examination, adult clinical examination, prophylactic selenium content determination and prophylactic selenium content determination in children in Qinghai Province from 2000 to 2009 were established 4 aspects with associated nature of the information, and the results into the database server for Kaschin-Beck disease data space query, Kashin-Beck disease surveillance and epidemiological investigation and analysis. [Conclusion] The geographic information system has a good application prospect in the prevention and treatment of Kashin-Beck disease.
