近年来,随着“一带一路”倡议的提出,中国与中东欧的关系越来越重要。加强双方文化交流不仅能进一步促进双方经济合作,也能促进双方文化共同发展,推动世界文化大繁荣。双方文化由于历史、地理及现实等原因具有很大的差异,但双方文化并非水火不容,而是可以兼容并蓄的。双方文化的传播是不同文化碰撞的过程,双方需要在这一过程中选择最优策略,这就是一场博弈。本文从文化传播源、文化传播途径与渠道和文化受众层面对中国和中东欧文化传播中的问题进行了分析,并从博弈论的视角提出了相应的建议及改进措施,争取实现双方收益最大化。
