全面素质教育是21世纪教育部门提出的一项为国家培养高级人才的战略措施,这也是教育领域自身发展的必然改革。在这个大背景下,教育部门要求学校要为学生创造发展平台,让学生在德、智、体、美等各方面全面发展。学生首先要学会做人,其次还要学会求学、学会健身、学会审美、学会劳动等等。音乐教育是美育的重要组成成分,它可以为培养学生美丽的心灵、塑造学生完美人格起到很重要的作用。那么在这种素质教育下,音乐教学改革该怎样深化呢?在这里笔者简单地阐述一下自己在这方面的见解,也许不太成熟,但希望能和各位学者共同探讨。
Overall quality education is a strategic measure put forward by the education sector in the 21st century to train senior personnel for the country. This is also a necessary reform of self-development in the field of education. In this context, the education sector requires that schools should create a development platform for students so that students can develop in all aspects of morality, intelligence, sports and beauty. Students must first learn to be a man, and secondly, they must learn to study, learn to exercise, learn to appreciate beauty, learn to work, and so on. Music education is an important part of aesthetic education. It can play an important role in cultivating students ’beautiful hearts and shaping students’ perfect personality. So under this quality education, how to deepen the reform of music education? Here I briefly explain their own views in this area, may not be mature, but I hope we can discuss with scholars.
