利用现代多维联用色谱技术,研究不同配伍情况下茵陈蒿汤口服后体内成分及其动态变化规律,阐明茵陈蒿汤有效成分的体内命运,阐释了该方药物代谢层面的配伍意义;同时利用代谢组学对整体代谢轮廓的描述,评价复杂性多元(方剂成分及代谢产物)输入的调整带来整体效应的变化,最大限度从对证侯的整体效应变化层面揭示配伍意义。在此基础上,提出了中医方剂药物代谢组学(pharmacometabolomics of chinmediformulae)的概念。
