以6种杀虫剂为供试药剂,以红花指管蚜为供试虫源,采用室内毒力测定与田间试验相结合的方法,进行了6种杀虫剂对防治红花指管蚜室内毒力测定与田间筛选试验。结果表明:室内毒力测定6种杀虫剂,其浓度与死亡率存在高度的正相关;由室内毒力测定与田间药效试验结果综合分析,在防治红花指管蚜时优先选用10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂、4%阿维·啶虫脒乳油、1.8%阿维·高氯乳油,可以有效控制红花指管蚜的发生。
Six kinds of insecticides were used as test agents, and the aphids were used as test insects. The indoor insecticides were used to control the toxicity of aphids Indoor Toxicity Test and Field Screening Test. The results showed that there was a high degree of positive correlation between the concentration and the mortality of six insecticides in laboratory. According to the comprehensive analysis of indoor toxicity test and field efficacy test, 10% Imidacloprid wettable powder, 4% Avicel acetamiprid and 1.8% Avicel EC, can effectively control the occurrence of safflower aphid.
