目的分析类固醇性结核病的临床特点。方法对我科2006～2009年收治的类固醇性结核病患者39例的临床症状、实验室检查、影像学特点及疗效进行回顾性分析。结果 39例患者临床表现、影像学特点多不典型,结核菌素试验多为阴性,经治疗34例患者好转或治愈,5例患者死亡。结论应用激素治疗的同时应警惕结核病的发生、复发,重在预防,及时治疗可以获得满意疗效。
Objective To analyze the clinical features of steroid-resistant tuberculosis. Methods The clinical symptoms, laboratory tests, imaging features and therapeutic effects of 39 patients with steroid-resistant tuberculosis admitted from 2006 to 2009 in our department were analyzed retrospectively. Results The clinical manifestations and imaging features of 39 patients were mostly atypical. The tuberculin test was mostly negative. After treatment, 34 patients were either improved or cured, and 5 patients died. Conclusion Hormone therapy should be alert to the occurrence of tuberculosis, relapse, focusing on prevention, timely treatment can be obtained satisfactory results.
