〔目的〕选择最佳增菌液、增菌时间、分离平板 ,提高外环境甲型副伤寒沙门菌检出率。〔方法〕11种不同种类不同产地沙门菌增菌液用不同来源不同菌量的甲型副伤寒沙门菌作增菌效果比较 ;制备贝壳类海产品、大便、水模拟标本作不同增菌液不同菌量甲型副伤寒沙门菌增菌效果比较 ;不同菌量模拟标本三种平板分离甲型副伤寒沙门菌效果比较 ;模拟标本不同增菌时间甲型副伤寒沙门菌检出率比较。〔结果〕11种增菌液 ,其中一种甲型副伤寒沙门菌菌不生长 ,二种较差 ,八种较好 ;在模拟标本甲型副伤寒沙门菌增菌效果比较中 ,亚硒酸盐增菌液对海产品、大便标本增菌效果较好 ,氯化镁孔雀绿增菌液对水样中甲型副伤寒沙门菌增菌效果较好 ;甲型副伤寒沙门菌在沙门菌显色平板上菌落特征明显 ,分离效果优于SS平板 ;贝壳类海产品甲型副伤寒沙门菌模拟标本 37℃增菌 6h甲型副伤寒沙门菌菌量最多。〔结论〕贝壳类海产品用亚硒酸盐增菌液 37℃增菌 6h ,水样用氯化镁孔雀绿增菌液 4 2℃增菌 12~ 18h,用沙门菌显色平板分离甲型副伤寒沙门菌效果最好。
[Objective] To select the best bacteriostasis, enrichment time, plate separation, and improve the detection rate of Salmonella paratyphi A in external environment. [Method] Salmonella bacteriostasis in 11 different kinds of different origin were compared with those of Salmonella paratyphi A of different origins to make bacteriostasis. Shellfish, stool and water simulant were prepared for different enrichment broth The comparison of the bacteriostasis of Salmonella typhi with different strains showed that the Salmonella paratyphi A Salmonella isolates were different in different strains of simulated strains and Salmonella paratyphi A were detected in different samples. 〔Results〕 11 kinds of enrichment broth, one of Salmonella paratyphi A does not grow, two kinds of poor, eight are better; in the simulated specimen Salmonella paratyphi A bacteriostasis, selenite Salting bacteria broth on seafood, stool samples by the bacteria better effect, the magnesium chloride malachite green broth in water samples of Salmonella typhi by bacteria better; Salmonella paratyphi Salmonella color plates The characteristics of colonies were obvious, and the separation effect was better than that of SS plates. The Salmonella paratyphi A strain of clam shellfish had the highest amount of Salmonella typhi at 6 hours after 37 ℃ enrichment. [Conclusion] The selenium-enriched seaweed of shellfish was enriched by bacteria at 37 ℃ for 6h, the water was treated by chlorogenic acid solution of malachite green at 42 ℃ for 12-18h, and Salmonella typhimurium Salmonella works best.
