目的:建立气相色谱法(GC)测定十滴水中桂皮醛的含量。方法:气相色谱法。采用PEG-20M毛细管柱,程序升温:初始温度为110℃,以每分钟5℃的速率升温至160℃保持5min;载气为氮气(99.99%),流速3ml·min~(-1),检测器FID。结果:桂皮醛在0.253~1.263μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;桂皮醛的平均回收率为97.63%(RSD=1.22%)。结论:该法快速、准确、简便。
Objective: To establish gas chromatography (GC) method for the determination of cinnamon aldehyde in ten drops of water. Method: Gas chromatography. A PEG-20M capillary column was used to increase the temperature of the procedure: the initial temperature was 110°C, and the temperature was raised to 160°C at a rate of 5°C per minute for 5 minutes. The carrier gas was nitrogen (99.99%) and the flow rate was 3ml·min -1. FID. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the injection amount and peak area of cinnamic aldehyde in the range of 0.253 ~ 1.263μg. The average recovery rate of cinnamaldehyde was 97.63% (RSD = 1.22%). Conclusion: This method is fast, accurate and simple.
