目的:研究沙棘Hippophae rhamnoides L.种子的化学成分,为沙棘作为药食两用资源的开发提供实验基础。方法:多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,光谱分析法结合文献对照确定化合物结构。结果:从沙棘种子95%乙醇提取物中分离得到了11个化合物,分别为:山奈酚-3-O-芸香糖苷(1),儿茶素(2),表儿茶素(3),没食子儿茶素(4),表没食子儿茶素(5),6,9-dihydroxy-4,7-megastigmadien-3-one(6),山奈酚(7),槲皮素(8),异鼠李素(9),(-谷甾醇(10),葫萝卜苷(11)。结论:化合物1~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Hippophae rhamnoides L. Seabuckthorn as an edible and medicinal resources to provide experimental basis. Methods: A variety of chromatographic methods for separation and purification, spectral analysis combined with literature to determine the structure of the compound. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated from 95% ethanol extract of seabuckthorn seed, which were: kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside, catechin, epicatechin, Catechin (4), epigallocatechin (5), 6,9-dihydroxy-4,7-megastigmadien-3-one (6), kaempferol (7), quercetin (8) (9), (- sitosterol (10), and pilosula glucoside (11) .CONCLUSION: Compounds 1 ~ 6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
