目的探讨当归补血汤对化疗小鼠红细胞免疫黏附功能及脾细胞IL-2产生的影响。方法以红细胞C3b受体花环、免疫复合物花环及脾细胞IL-2的产生为检测指标,观察当归补血汤对化疗小鼠红细胞免疫黏附功能的作用。结果当归补血汤可明显提高受化疗药物作用小鼠红细胞C3b受体花环率,并可促进小鼠IL-2的产生。特别是在小鼠接受化疗前预防性接受当归补血汤治疗,其疗效更加显著。红细胞C3b受体花环和免疫复合物花环百分率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论当归补血汤对机体血液免疫系统有调节作用,可减轻化疗药物对小鼠红细胞免疫黏附功能的损伤。
Objective To investigate the effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction on red blood cell immune adherence and IL-2 production in spleen cells of mice with chemotherapy. Methods The red blood cell C3b receptor garland, immune complex rosette and splenocyte IL-2 production were used as test indicators to observe the effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction on red blood cell immune adherence function of chemotherapy mice. Results Danggui Buxue Decoction can significantly increase the erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette rate of mice treated with chemotherapeutic drugs, and can promote the production of IL-2 in mice. Especially when the mice received preventive treatment of Angelica Biloba before chemotherapy, the curative effect was more significant. The percentage of red blood cell C3b receptor rosettes and immune complex rosettes was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Danggui Buxue Decoction can regulate the body’s immune system and reduce the damage of chemotherapeutic drugs to mouse red blood cell immune adherence.
