4月23日起,上海市教委组织了15个督查组,对各级各类学校的防治“非典”工作进行专项检查。检查中暴露出一个问题:除市府8项通告、市教委10项措施外,对学校具体卫生工作的检查找不到一个系统、具体、可操作的“蓝本”。“要特事特办,立即研究制订‘上海学校公共卫生标准’。”上海市教委在“防非”工作过程中迅速作出这样的反应。“这次与过去不同,不是等工作结束之后再总结反思,而是在解决问题的过程中就作政策和机制方面的修补。”上海市教委副秘书长、预防“非典”工作领导小组办公室主任李骏修告诉记者。那么,目前我国学校公共卫生的制度建设达到什么程度?学校公共卫生标准应当包含哪些内容?建立学校公共卫生标准的意义何在?带着这些问题,记者走访了相关政府部门、学校和专家学者。
