本文讨论了媒介素养教育运动对社会性别倡导的价值。根据以往研究发现,当媒介素养教育被引入中国时,其体现核心价值的“再现政治”以及增加批判的自主权以及公民社会的传播权利等被消弱了,并呈现出社会性别的盲点,使本来赋权工人阶级、被压迫的妇女及其他弱势群体利益的媒介素养教育变成了降低其主体性的“提高弱势群体素质”的运动。本文分析了利用媒介素养教育运动推动社会性别平等面临的挑战,并提出了回应。
This article discusses the value of media literacy education campaigns for gender advocacy. According to previous studies, when media literacy education was introduced into China, its “political representation” of core values as well as increased critical autonomy and the right of communication in civil society were weakened and showed a gender blind spot So that the media literacy education that originally empowered the working class, oppressed women and other disadvantaged groups turned into a campaign to lower its subjectivity and “improve the quality of disadvantaged groups.” This article analyzes the challenges faced in using media literacy education to promote gender equality and responds.
