针对防火卷帘传统喷淋保护方式冷却水用量过大的缺点,根据水汽化吸热原理,研发出一种超低水量喷淋保护无机防火卷帘。该产品采用动态扫描式喷淋保护方式,将冷却水直接在整个无机防火帘面上以实时温度控制的频率间歇地进行全覆盖均匀喷扫,通过最大限度地提高冷却水的汽化吸热降温效率,实现冷却水的高效利用,避免水资源浪费。经试验,在试件耐火性能完全满足国标要求的前提下,其冷却用水量仅为传统产品的5%,达到了节能减排的目的。
