The exact inclusion of recovery rate coefficient and compensation fee is clarified. The feasibility and necessity of neglecting waste rock mixing in the calculation of compensation fee are discussed. A simplified formula for calculating compensation fee is also introduced. Suggestions for strengthening reserve management are also proposed.
